Today the Embassy of Switzerland to the Republic of Azerbaijan Philipp Stalder informed the media representatives about two upcoming Boogie-Woogie concerts in Baku. 
 
On January 27 at the International Mugam Centre and on January 28 at the Landmark the cultural events will be performed by one of today’s finest Swiss Boogie-Woogie and blues piano players – Mr. Silvan Zingg. 
 
Zingg is agifted pianist specialized in Boogie-Woogie and blues. He appeared and performed on stage with legends like Chuck Berry, Ray Charles, Kathie Webster, Sammy Price, Memphis Slim, Champion Jack Dupree, Tito Jackson and many more. 
 
The critics describe him as a exceptional pianist, impressive by and his cheerful enthusiasm. His great hit “Dancing the Boogie” has over 8.1 million visitors on YouTube. His passion for this kind of music led him to the creation in 2002 of the “International Boogie-Woogie Festival” in Lugano. Switzerland, that is still very successful. 
 
 
The concerts are organized by the Embassy of Switzerland to the Republic of Azerbaijan in cooperation with the International Mugam Centre and The Landmark. 
 
The program of the concerts is very joyful and therefore a perfect start for the New Year in Baku.
 
Moreover, the Embassy of Switzerland is expected to organize photo exhibition and the presentation of the "Heidi" film in Ganja city in March, 2018.
